To fill provident fund membership & nomination form of factory employees.
To make medical allowance in excel sheet and HRIS of factory employees.
Leave application form inter into register and HRIS on daily basis.
To keep and maintain personal files for factory employees.
To enter monthly performance evaluation numbers in scores and prize sheets (Excel sheet).
To fill up the exit Interview form of left employees.
To make / exit joining reports on a monthly basis.
To compile data on the basis of performance evaluation and prepare award nominees in gathering.
To prepare requests for material issuance to issue material from a store.
To maintain the HRR Register, skill matrix, and competency needs of employee records.
To enter Overtime into HRIS on daily basis and to prepare monthly overtime sheets.
To Fill up Social Security Form, Marriage and Death grant.
To prepare and fill up Final Settlement Form of left employees in absence of HR Executive.
